Eric Waxman was outstanding. I would highly recommend working with him if you are purchasing a bike. My bike was on order and wasn't available for a few months. He communicated with me through the whole process and was always quick to respond to my questions. I live in Nashville and had the bike delivered from Chicago to Nashville with pick up of my trade in bike. That part of the process was incredibly smooth. The delivery driver communicated with me when he left Chicago, when he was getting close to my house, and made sure everything was good to go before he left. I had a miscommunication with Thomas Palmer the finance manager regarding a ceramic coating on the purchased bike. In the end we sorted everything out but I strongly encourage everyone to check all paperwork closely when you are dealing with the financial portion of the sale.

Everything about my entire iMotorsports experience was first class. After I made my decision, Jessika kept me informed about the delivery process. When the call came that my unit was ready, my Fly and Ride worked out well, also. I had an almost 900 mile ride home. The Spyder ran flawlessly, and both the sales staff and service followed up with emails and phone calls to make sure everything worked out for me. I am totally satisfied!

I am normally not a very trusting person when it comes to salespeople, but iMotorsports may just have the best salesperson I ever worked with. Jessika was just the greatest. She was easy to talk with, very professional, and provided answers to all my questions in a very timely fashion. She was especially upfront and honest which many salespeople fail to do. Did everything over the phone...was easy. I don't impress easily but this was a pretty great transaction.

I have owned Harley's since I was a teenager and I have purchased from local dealerships in Nevada and Idaho. I was looking for my last Harley, it needed to be a duece. These guys were as up front as possible, they laid out the steps and helped throughout. My only complaint I was told the bike should be delivered with-in 3 to 4 weeks last Wednesday my bike will be delivered in Cali in a total of 8 days, my complaint the scooter beat the title and I have to wait looking at it. Pretty sad when great service is the only complaint. lol Thank You All

This was my first experience buying a used motorcycle on the internet. It scared the heck out of me. I sent them thousands of dollars and all I had was an emailed bill of sale. Always in the back of my head I wondered where I was going to get taken. It didnt happen. It wasnt perfect, but overall it was very good. The good and the not-so-bad. The Good: great internet pictures, great price on a used bike, they took my bike in trade at a fair price, they addressed and concerns and issues, staff was helpful, they delivered it (included in cost) and picked up mine. The Not-so-Bad: my delivery guy was not their best one (trade-in pick-up was fine) and had to wait a couple of extra days past expected delivery date (he had trailer issues). Finally it does take time to get everything completed: I first saw the bike and contacted them 7/9/19 and started the purchase process that day or the next, there were some minor delays back and forth with some questions and logistics but after completing all my paperwork and payment on 7/19/19 I had the bike in NYS 8/4/19 (16 days) and all the necessary paperwork to get it on the road the next day. Im very happy with the new bike it was exactly what I was told and shown, and I avoided the hassle of selling mine. Eric Waxman was great, in fact all the folks (Thomas Palmer, Tim Walter, Robert Mat, Drew Warner, Ian Pearson, Jason Batory) I dealt with were good.

Sometimes, buying a vehicle can be a stressful experience. Deals to be made, budgets to be managed. Not at Imotorsports! The first time I went, just to look I was greeted by Martin who was quick to ask what I was looking for, had I been to their dealership etc.. Took me right over to the bikes I had seen on line, and started explaining what was great about each one of them. Gave me some time alone to enjoy dreaming of each one.. No pressure, no "sales" stuff.. Just information about what was for sale, and how the dealership took care of their customers.. New members of the Indian family. I was impressed by him and the dealership. I walked out thinking this was the place I wanted to buy from.I came back a few weeks later. The bike I wanted was still there. As I was walking towards it, Martin found me.. Remembered me! Asked which one I wanted to see.. Now, there are tons of people there.. Its a Saturday. The Indian factory demo truck was there.. And with all the chaos.. He got some colleagues to make a path to the door, pushed the bike outside so he could start it up, let me hear it.. Made it far easier to walk around the bike, looking for the little things.. Doing everything he could to make the process simple. To make it easy to buy.. I came in, knowing what I wanted.. Knowing which bike I wanted to try and make mine. We sat down at his desk, and talked about it for awhile.. He asked what my best deal might be.. And if I was ready to get started. No pressure, no sales BS.. No grind. Just how can I help make this happen for you.. Gotta tell you, its refreshing.. I, dislike the grind. I told him my number, my deal.. He wrote it down, excused himself and said he would be back shortly.. A few minutes later he appears with the Sales Manager, Jason.. Here we go I thought. Not even close. I was wrong. He explained that though my offer was fair, they had just dropped the price of the bike by 1K, and had little room after that. I had done my due diligence, knew what he was saying was true. My offer was fair, but low. Instead of saying no, he made a counter offer.. Then asked which accessories I wanted to pick up as that had been part of the original offer. So, off to the accessory counter I went where I met with Billy. Billy looks at my rather long list of accessories, starts plugging numbers into the computer.. So now I have Martin, Jason and Billy involved in this. Everyone starts doing math. Me, each of them. I came in with a number, what I had to make the purchase.. And damn if each one of them numerous times said "We want to get you this bike, dressed the way you want it. We want you to leave happy".. Yeah, sounds like a sales thing right? No. It was genuine.. I could tell by how hard they were working, talking to each other in the office.. Each time, coming back with something better.. Closer..Now, I did my part as well.. I flexed as they flexed.. I didnt "need" everything on my list. It was my wish list.. So, I changed this to that, traded something for something else.. And we kept getting closer.. And closer. And we all, just kept after it..Understand, there was a showroom full of people. The lot was full of people. Its Saturday, and everyone wants an Indian. And as they met with other people, they would excuse themselves and get back to working my deal. I was there four hours maybe.. And not once did any of them give up, say no or stop trying to make the Indian I wanted happen.. We just kept working the numbers.Sounds extraordinary doesnt it. It wasnt.. I got the feeling that the way they were working with me, is the way they work with everyone. Maybe my attitude had something to do with it.. Maybe because I was willing to give some, to get some.. No matter.By the time we got done, I think we were all mentally exhausted.. There was scrap paper with scribbles on it, post it notes all over the desk.. But, they had done it.. They had figured out a way, to give me exactly what I wanted, at damn near the price I started with.. So close, that I didnt even consider the budget any longer.. When people work that hard to make you happy, you dont complain over a few hundreds of dollars difference. Especially when you are getting 99% of what you wanted. That honestly, I wasnt sure I could afford. And they got me done.The last little bit of this, was in the finance office. As Drew was going over the paper work, we noticed that an accessory had been left off the final list. No big surprise, there were at least 8 iterations of this deal.. I mentioned it to Drew, and thought to myself that this was going to be where we finally stumble. Again, I'm wrong. Not even close.. Drew looks at the contract, at our notes about the deal. Looks me square in the eye, tells me they missed it. Whips out a form, writes the part number on it.. My name, his name.. At the top of the paper it says "We Owe This"... Problem solved.. Instantly. So.. my biggest thanks and appreciation to Martin in Sales, Billy in Parts, Drew in Finance and finally Jason the Sales Manager.. Each one of them, went above and beyond to make sure the Indian I drove out on, was my dream bike. With all the chrome candy, accessories that I had hoped some day I would be able to have.. One day. One shot. One deal. I may have played a small part, by being open to working with them as hard as they were working with me. But in all honesty, each of them made it happen. I wanted to buy a CanAm Spyder Rt but could not find exactly what I wanted in Wisconsin. Before going to The Daytona 500 I did a lot of searching on line for something in Florida. When I called to get an out the door price some Florida dealers gave me nothing but the runaround or some just refused to do that. Not iMotorsports Orlando. They were up front with everything. Soon as we got our camper set up at the track we headed to iMotorsports. They had a CanAm that meet all my needs. I had the intention of looking at it and then two other bikes at near by dealers. I took it for a short ride. My wife and I liked the bike and made them an offer. They agreed and we said lets do it. We tried to get everything done that day, but because of a problem with the Bank to Bank wire transfer that didn't happen. I wasn't happy that I would have to make a second trip to pick it up. If you have ever driven in Orlando traffic you will completely understand. They said no problem we will Deliver it. The day after the money transfer was completed the bike was delivered right to my campsite. After being down in the warm weather of Florida for 7 weeks riding the bike I returned to the dealer ship to be transported to my door step in Wisconsin. They transported to the Chicago dealership and then they were going to transport to my home just south of Green Bay, Wi. They told me it would be about a week. I was too impatient to wait. Besides it's Chicago and I really worried about it sitting there. On Saturday morning my wife and I took off with my small trailer to pick it up. When we arrived I was amassed. What a dealership. I really didn't need to worry. They were supper friendly, helpful and quick to get the bike out to my trailer. I didn't need it but were they supper helpful loading and securing the Can Am Spyder RT. Also bought my wife a new helmet at a very good price. I am very pleased with both Orlando and Chicago iMotorsports dealerships. I only wish they were closer to my home town to give them return business. But in the future I would not be afraid to do a deal with them over the phone. Tom L. In the Orlando store was great to work with. I was in FL on vacation and bought the bike on a Wednesday. The next day I rode the bike to Key West and then back to Miami. I had planned on riding the bike all the way back home to NC but the weather was not in my favor. I called Tom and asked if shipping the bike back was still an option. I traded my 2013 Can-Am RT Limited for anew 2017 RT-S. I only had a few conversations with the salesperson, and then I dealt exclusively with Perry Lerman, who arranged all of the financing, delivery of the new Spyder, and pick-up of my trade-in. Perry was a pleasure to deal with. I signed the contract on July 24th, and my new Spyder was delivered on August 3rd. There was one small hiccup with the registration, but Perry quickly Emailed me a 30 day drive-away tag to tide me over until I get the registration. I feel that I was treated fairly, and I was thrilled with how quickly my new Spyder was delivered. If you decide to by a Spyder (or any other brand for that matter) from imotorsports, when you get to the financing part, be sure to ask for Perry to handle your transaction. He's a great guy, and was very good at keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Thanks Perry!

I had the pleasure of working with Jason. What can I say this guy goes the extra mile or should I say miles to help. It all started when I saw my dream bike a Kawasaki ZX-10R 30th anniversary addition on their web site. I put in a request for the bike online. Jason got a hold of me within an hour. We discussed bike and I knew he was a fellow rider within minutes. Which is a plus when talking to a dealer. I called Jason the next morning with my deposit before he was in the office as I had a dr appointment when they opened. He took care of everything. I mentioned wanting to have the seat cowl and he said he was not sure if they had it but if they did not he would order one. Needless to say I brought my new baby home. It was like Christmas early what a big smile I had. Oh and about that seat cowl it was not there yet when the bike was delivered but never fear. Jason sent me a text the next Tuesday and I had my seat cowl by Wednesday. Best part I didn't need to make another trip to I-motor because they sent it to me. This place is amazing. MUCH bigger selection than any local "New" bike dealership PLUS I found them to have better pricing with comparable used bikes I had seen at the dealerships. Lou (salesman) was a great guy. Purchasing my Spyder at iMotorsports was an excellent experience. We were greeted by Jason and he spent the time needed to make our final decision including a real test ride through the city streets surrounding the dealership. With all the 2016 Spyders on hand, the exact one desired was not on sight. I was seeking a, 2016, red RTS. Jason insured me that he could have one brought in. We worked out the details and we left satisfied with the purchase agreement. As promised the new bike was delivered to the dealership. We closed out the deal on a Thursday and Jason promised a prompt delivery. The following day the driver found my house despite having to conquer the expressways leading to northwest Indiana. I have been riding for a little over a week now and the great experience continues with every new ride. If you are looking for a Spyder, a Slingshot, or a used bike, I highly recommend you visit iMotorports in Elmhurst and ask for Jason. I doubt that you will find any dealership that provides the selection you can find here, along with a sales force that is thoroughly knowledgeable on the products they sell.

I looked for and visited several dealerships in Alabama and Georgia. I found Imotorsports in Elmhurst IL on line.. After not riding for over 20 years, I was always checking bikes on the web...looking at iMotorsports website last year and this year I went looking for another bike...something used, not a ton of cash, and big enough to fit me, but didn't want a 1400 cc again like my old Suzuki Intruder...I found a great deal through Eric at iMotorsports this past July on a low mileage 2005 Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic shaft drive (loved shaft drive since I had the Intruder)...bike had only 13000 on it, chrome motor guards, extended highway pegs, Cobra slash-cut staggered pipes, Saddlemen bags, windshield, sissy bar/rack/ passenger backrest...sweet looking and near-perfect two-tone candy red/silver paint! $3400.00 out the door! No big haggle or hours of back and forth....We settled on the deal, bike went trough final prep...ready to ride in less than 90 minutes! Plus, you get lifetime discount on accessories, riding gear and parts at iMotorsports. I used the discount to get good deal on HJC helmet. If you want a decent used bike at a good price...iMotorsports has hundreds of them and they get bikes in regularly during the riding season. Now, if you are experienced with bikes and know what you are looking for and looking at...you will be able to weed out good from not so good, if not take someone with you who does , when you go to shop at iMotorsports...remember...these are USED bikes and while iMotorsports does NOT allow test-rides...they do assure you bikes run out good, their techs go through them and they give you "7 day warranty" to get bike checked out and be happy with it...and a no-hassle, no-questions asked return policy in those 7-days if not happy w/bike. You WILL spend some money on your scoot after the 7 days. iMotorsports takes the bikes in, goes over the bike and assures a good running, safe bike, but like any used vehicle dealer...maintenance items are going to be the new owners deal. I put tires/tubes on it and had to have front brake rotor and pads done....at 13,000 mi. it was time for the front brakes....tires looked great at first, but they were 11 years old...time for new rubber. The 2005 Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic I bought at iMotorsports is a great bike, a dream to ride and very impressive for a 650 cc cruiser! iMotorsports gets a good selection of the V-Stars as well as all makes/models

As you can see I gave a 5 star rating. My experience with this dealership didn't start that way. Due to some miscommunication between the sales department and myself, I missed out on a bike that I really wanted. My saleman Jason said he would have the owner give me a call because I was pretty upset over loosing the deal on that bike. Honestly to my surprise I got a call from a gentleman named Haider who introduced himself as one of the owners. After a lengthy conversation in which he agreed with me that what happened shouldn't of happened and assured me that it wouldn't happen again. Then to finish their outstanding commitment to making a customer happy, they shipped the bike out to my front door and picked up my trade. All this in a very timely manner. I bought a 2014 Harley Davidson Ultra limited from IMotorsports. Jason Batory was my contact/salesman. I cant say enough positive things about theses folks. Jason explained how it worked, buying "online" and everything went smooth. I was a bit nervous about buying based on pictures but the bike was actually better than I expected. The asking price was already fair, without having to "work a deal". I had been looking for a 2014 with under 10,000 miles. My local Harley dealer said "Oh, you wont find that". This bike had 2000 miles and a great price. They advertise free shipping, but I drove from the Cincinnati area to ride it home. They wrote me a check on the spot for the cost of shipping. Three days after getting it home I found that the battery had died. I sent Jason a text about the battery. He called me moments later. Since I had bought the bike "As is", I wasn't expecting them to pay for the new battery. They were not obligated to as far as I was concerned. I didn't ask, but Jason offered. I sent him a copy of the receipt for the new battery and 2 days later, a check for that amount arrived in the mail. You cant ask for more than that.

I would not hesitate to buy from iMotorsports again. Its refreshing to deal with a vehicle dealership that doesn't feed you a load of BS.

Eric, was wonderful to work with and so too was the finance department. The only minor problem was they could not store bike until March. No big deal but I live in PA and weather is questionable before then. Overall I would work with imotorsports again and tell people about there Company.

I love my motorcycle. I just recently purchased an '09 Rocker C and am 100% satisfied. I bought the motorcycle without seeing it in person. The price couldn't be beat. After I spoke with Haider Saba from iMotorsports about the motorcycle in which he answered all my questions and promised that after if I wasn't 100% satisfied with the motorcycle I could return it.
